 Construction & Creation
That a thing constructed can only be loved after it is constructed, but a thing created is loved before it exists.
The night is a world lit by itself
 Moonlight is sculpture
 Having new eyes
Be not afraid of moving slowly
be afraid of standing still
Imagination is the beginning of creation
We think in Generalities
But we live in detail
Parents are the bones on which children cut their teeth
The time at our disposal each day is elastic ; the passions we feel dilate it, those that inspire us shrink it, and habit fills it.

Letting Go Of Certainties

Life Changes When We Change
An exhibition of newly commissioned contemporary art exploring the idea of discarded objects being given a new meaning by the artist.
The Milgi Gallery invited artists to creatively respond to the junk dumped on Northcote Lane to raise awareness of the enormity of rubbish as a modern condition. The works will explore the idea of reinventing and adapting abandoned objects that would otherwise be considered superfluous.
For this exhibition i took a wooden flat that had been left for dead: i wanted to breathe new life into it. The work i submitted is called "Letting go of certainties", a piece about progression & creativity. It was the first time that i had experimented with both UV paints and lighting.
Above are the pictures taken by my good friend James Morgan-Rees of Cardiffoto.

Art or Rubbish was part of the Made In Roath Art festival Oct 14-16th

Nature & Nurture

I was approached by Something Creatives to produce a Wall piece for The Cardiff Arts Institute. Sadly it has been taken over by new Management and the piece, entitled "Nature & Nurture", has been replaced with magnolia walls
